Delivery details
We can deliver flowers and gifts to most London postcodes. Our flowers are not sent through the post, but are personally hand-delivered to ensure your flowers arrive in pristine condition. In the event that we cannot deliver flowers to your postcode, a local florist will be used instead.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge is £5.99 for each order.
Delivery Times
Unless the order is for a funeral or a wedding, we are unable to give specific times for delivery.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left with a message from Sarah Ashley. There will be instructions to either collect the item or arrange another delivery time.
Same day delivery is not available for orders placed on Sundays. The earliest delivery for these orders will be Monday Afternoon.
Unfortunately, no deliveries can be made on a Sunday. We are also unable to deliver on bank holidays.

Hospitals:
If you are sending flowers to a hospital, please state the full name of the recipient. Please also provide the name and address of the hospital, the ward/name or number. The flowers will be delivered to reception.
